January: the month for New Year’s resolutions, new classes and hopefully the occasional snow day. While many of us will promise to get that gym membership, stay organized this semester, and eat more fruits and veggies, why not start the new year with a promise to explore our very own Winston-Salem stomping grounds? If the furthest you have been off campus involves a dark basement or a trip to Whole Foods, you are missing out on a world of events and shows just five minutes from your campus dorm.
